I won!
THE KEY won the Dream Realm award for my category! I'm so excited! I'm also excited that my two non-fiction books have released from L&L Dreamspell. You can get Made-up Mayhem and Adapting Your Novel for Film from online bookstores or fictionwise.com. :-)

In personal news, we bought me a truck to drive, now that son has returned to college. I like how I feel driving it. :-)

Top read since my last post is, hands down, Shades of Dark, by Linnea Sinclair. If you love romance and lots of action, check it out, but if you haven't read Gabriel's Ghost, then you should read that first.

I also read Breaking Dawn. I enjoyed it. Didn't have the problems with it some readers did. It's her world, her story to tell how she wants. I'm currently reading The Watchman, a graphic novel (like a comic book but for adults). It's weird to make the adjustment from reading all words to the mix of pictures and graphics. Only a couple of chapters in, so not sure how I feel about it.

Also have some steampunk (YA) on my TBR and Susan Grants Moonstruck.

Okay, in fun news, I saw Mama Mia! I LOVED IT. I wish I were in Greece, dancing in the sun to Abba music! The only thing that would have made it better is more Abba songs and more dancing. Otherwise, just plain fun.

I saw the movie teaser for Twilight and thought it looked pretty good. I always have trouble, because the actors they pick never match who I imagine as the characters, but oh well. I'm not in charge of casting. **g**

If you Twitter, look me up! You can find me at: http://twitter.com/paulinejones.  I seem to be all over these days, I work on the promotion book with my writing partner. And I promise to knuckle down and finish the new book!
Perilously yours,
Pauline

“Why are you really here?”
He studied her for what seemed like a long time. “You appear to have…come into possession of classified material.”
          “What? What classified material?”
          “I can’t tell you that. It’s classified.”
“You can’t tell me what classified material you think I already have?”
          “That’s right.”

Congratulations Pauline!
We've ordered THE KEY and I'm trying to be patient until the library's copy arrives; I've already got first dibs on it! And I'll ask our cataloger to put your award on the record ~ LiberryLady

Re: Congratulations Pauline!
Many thanks, Liberty Lady! I LOVE the library! It's where I learned to love books. :-)
